Lattice
Turns a bank's siloed bankers and wealth advisors into one referral engine — with AI coaching, revenue forecasting, and semantic search on top.
Overview
Banks lose enormous revenue to their own org chart — a banker and a wealth advisor serve the same client and never talk. Lattice is the referral and book-of-business engine that fixes it, built around how banks actually operate: a real hierarchy, client tiers, and an SLA-governed eight-stage pipeline.
The AI layer is a daily coaching card, a revenue-forecast panel, and a ⌘K semantic search across the book. I also wrote the platform-pivot strategy that treats deposit-and-privacy regulation as the real adoption blocker — because in fintech the compliance model is the product. The first pilot was scoped with a top-20 US bank.
Highlights
- Multi-tenant row-level security, seven RBAC roles, full audit trails.
- AI coaching and forecasting on top of a genuine domain model.
- Semantic search over the book of business via a vector index.
